Waste Management Procurement Management

Green & Kassab have been awarded a commission by Brighton & Sussex Universities Hospital NHS Trust (BSUH) to undertake a comprehensive procurement process for their total waste management services.
The service will cover all the sites of the Trust including the two main acute hospital sites at the Royal Sussex County in Brighton and the Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath.
This will see our consultancy team working with the Facilities management team of the Trust to develop a service specification, form of tender documents and provide technical and professional evaluation of the received bids, taking the whole process through to contract award.
