Green & Kassab contribute to Summer School

Gerry Kassab, Executive Director of Green & Kassab, sat on an expert panel during Kate Harmond’s annual summer school event in York. This event, entitled ‘Thriving through turbulent times’, focused on performance improvements and leadership in the NHS.
During this two-day conference, this expert panel led a discussion entitled ‘How can we manage performance and support development?’ Other panellists included
• Professor Shona Brown, Director of Nursing – Whipps Cross University Hospital NHS Trust
• Andy Cowper, Editor of the British Journal of Healthcare Management
• Ken Gold, Personnel Director, Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
• Jeannette Hucey, NHS Performance Support Team.

Gerry Kassab is well known in the NHS for consulting on a wide range of improvement initiatives. He has given a number of talks and presentations to associations and institutes such as the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Healthcare Management, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Institute of Health Service Facilities Management.
