FM at City & Hackney tPCT

We have been commissioned by City & Hackney Teaching PCT to do two pieces of work. We are undertaking a review of their current FM services, and alongside this a more detailed review of their utilities expenditure.

The Trust is currently working through the issues and necessary changes brought about by the strategic vision to split the activities of commissioner and provider, into two separate clearly definable entities. This is further set against the drive to review the number of PCT Organisations within London (currently 31).
