Oxfordshire Learning Disabilities - VFM Review

Green and Kassab Limited have been engaged by the Ridgeway Partnership (Oxfordshire Learning Disabilities NHS Trust) to provide support to their cost improvement programme. Initially, the brief centres upon;
• an assessment of the Trust’s current cost improvement programme.
• benchmarking of costs to identify areas of potential cost improvement.
• the development of a cost improvement structure to help the Trust manage their financial recovery programme.
• the identification of a number of work-streams that will lead to cost improvements over the coming months.
Green and Kassab Limited have been able to deploy a multi-disciplinary team including consultants with direct experience of managing learning disability services and financial management.
The exercise is being carried out in a non-judgmental manner, which has helped to ensure a large degree of buy-in from all of the stakeholders involved in the process.
