Green & Kassab Ltd have been commissioned by two Trusts, independently to undertake a review of their Corporate Areas and Facilities Services. The aim of both reviews is to benchmark performance against peer Trusts to ensure the client Trusts are continuing to get value for money from these “overhead” services – Finance, HR, IM&T, Service Development, Director of Nursing, Medical Director, Chief Executive, Estates, Facilities, Medical Records, Medical Secretaries. Green & Kassab are well placed to provide an independent assessment of performance for these services, having a database of over 100 Trusts from which to undertake a comparative analysis.
In the event that the analysis identifies any areas for improvement at either Trust, Green & Kassab will provide support in developing a more cost effective service solution, drawing on the experience gained at other Trusts across the country. Our Consultant team, which includes a number of individuals who have considerable experience of these services, having directly managed them for a number of years, are able to provide expert support, which will help our clients achieve any improvements quickly.
