Catering Services Market Test at UCLH

Green & Kassab have assisted University College London Hospital in the successful completion of a full market test of their Catering Services at two of their locations.
Our support required us to work closely with all stakeholders, including patient representatives, nursing staff & clinicians, procurement and the Trust’s Facilities Team, in developing a robust service specification and evaluation methodology that formed the basis of a full procurement exercise that was fully compliant with the latest OJEU requirements.
Green & Kassab undertook both financial and technical evaluations of the completed tenders and worked with the Trust through both formal Supplier presentations and reference site visits. All the information gathered was presented in a final Evaluation Report which was presented to all stakeholders to support the final contract award decision.
