Service Review & Process Redesign within Therapy Services

Green & Kassab are working with the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust to support the redesign of Therapy Services across the Trust. Our Consultant Team, which is led by a Physiotherapist, have been working with the management and staff of the Therapy Services to encourage service review and redesign to ensure continuous improvement and reduce inefficiencies and optimise resources. Part of the process was an away day at which staff were encouraged to process map their current state and identify areas of improvement, concern/ risks or highlight good practices. Our Consultant Team have been impressed by the staff who are very committed and took the time and effort to process map their respective services. Please see our photo
