Shaping the future for locally provided FM Services

Green & Kassab have recently successfully developed service contract documentation for use between the Client Trust and the local NHS Shared Service Provider (based on the PASA framework template).
The work entailed reviewing the historic Service Level Agreements and working with the Client Organisation to ascertain the future levels of Facilities Management support that would be required, based on the new organisational models of delivering clinical care.
Work is now ongoing to formalise the new contract between the Client and the provider organisation.
