ISO9001 Certification Assistance

Green & Kassab are working with a client to assist them with obtaining ISO 9001 certification of their decontamination process. While letting the client retain ownership of the production of a quality system, Green & Kassab have worked with the client to develop quality manuals, identify processes, forms and records and formalise the release of changed versions. We have also conducted trial audits to enable our client's staff to experience and prepare for the questions and behaviours that will be expected from the external auditor
