Review of Facilities Services as part of single site rationalisation.

We have recently completed a successful review, receiving great customer feedback and testimonial. Our Team conducted onsite inspections, interviews and reviewed current methods of service delivery and associated costs.
The Consultancy team were then able to provided the necessary level of detail to support the Trust's Outline Business Case; in terms of the service configuration, budgetary forecasts and space requirements for a range of Facility Management Services, including; Catering, Portering, Cleaning, Waste, Switchboard, EBME, and Laundry.
The project was delivered to a very tight time table of just a few weeks and the Trust Programme Director commented;
"GREEN & KASSAB WERE GREAT, THEY DELIVERED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. THEY PROVIDED JUST WHAT AS REQUIRED IN TERMS OF DEVELOPING THE OBC FOR SUBMISSION THE STRATEGIC HEALTH AUTHORITY"
