Financial turnaround
Green & Kassab provide financial recovery and Cost Improvement consultancy services that are designed to put NHS departments in financial balance and ensure they provide value for money.
We work with clients to establish which services are making a financial loss and compare financial costing information and service costs with peers and the national tariff. We have built up our own benchmarking database that we use to illustrate areas where performance improvement can be made.

Best value reviews and market testing
Green & Kassab are specialists in undertaking independent and impartial reviews that determine whether the NHS is getting best value from its contracts with GPs, acute trusts and service providers.
Our best value reviews include assessments of how well current service levels are meeting user requirements, analysis of demand and capacity and recommendations regarding how service levels should be reconfigured to meet anticipated future needs.

Procurement services support
Green & Kassab offers procurement service support, which includes helping clients write new contract specifications and manage all or part of the tender process. We are widely recognised as independent technical evaluators that can be used to assess tender returns or pre-qualification applications. In addition, we also have experience of managing and overseeing the outsourcing of contracts and can offer a fully managed electronic reverse auction service in conjunction with one of our strategic business allies.
