In common with every aspect of the public sector, Universities are facing substantial cost pressures and the need to deliver more with fewer resources. Green & Kassab have been commissioned by London South Bank University to undertake a value testing exercise in relation to the following services; Cleaning, Post, Portering, Grounds and Gardens, Waste, Security, Reception, Maintenance, Car Parking and Utilities.

A benchmarking comparison of the costs of these services will compare the performance of the University with the rest of the Higher Education Service, Public Sector and Commercial Sector best practice in order to inform the University's cost improvement plans for the coming year.
