In-house search
If you require a quick solution for recruiting an interim or permanent position, a search of our candidate database is the most effective method. Our database contains details on numerous high calibre candidates currently looking for new opportunities in their areas or specialism.
Utilising the latest technology, we are able to make fast and accurate searches in order to identify candidates with particular skill sets anywhere in the UK. Candidates who meet the specified criteria are contacted by one of our consultants and briefed on your role. Subject to the candidates consent their details are forwarded on you for consideration.
Selection
Our selection approach may also involve advertising in appropriate media to run in conjunction with the in-house search. This may be beneficial if it is unclear where to source the right individual; where the job specification is very broad or target market is wide in geographical or sector terms, to ensure maximum exposure to the market.
We handle all the candidate evaluations from short-listing responses to screening applicants through a series of interviews and candidate selection methods. The selection methodology we adopt include job specific assessments, such as personality questionnaires that complement standard competency based interviewing.
