During the course of Cost Improvement and Consultancy projects our consultants use a range of skills to help clients and their people gain a full understanding of why change is necessary and how it can be achieved. These skills, and the philosophy that learning is best achieved through involvement and structured experience, underpin the training & development activities we undertake.

Main areas of activity:

• Executive coaching and development – to provide effective professional and personal development to executives and senior managers in a way that makes best use of their time and is geared to their specific needs.


• Leadership and management development – aimed at middle and first-line managers and designed to help their development and the achievement of organisational objectives. A variety of delivery methods are used and they are geared around the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited Certificate/Introductory Certificate and Diploma/Introductory Diploma programmes.


• Personal and team development – a range of training courses and learning interventions to support personal development and continuous personal development for teams, managers and individuals.


• Coaching and mentoring – to provide coaching and mentoring to you and your people direct, or support and train your people to provide a coaching/mentoring service within your organisation.

Most of our programmes are customised to client requirements, but we do run open programmes for some of the more popular training courses.

Our trainers and consultants have been working with a wide cross-section of clients to provide organisational and personal development courses and training support throughout the UK. Our courses are tailored to suit the needs of both the largest and smallest organisations.

All of our trainers have a wealth of experience as well as excellent training skills. These skills are brought together to design and deliver focused training that meets the requirements of the individual, as well as the organisation.
